“To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.” — Thich Nhat Hanh

Everything always comes back to us.
Accept ourselves and everything falls into place

What might get in the way of you accepting yourself?

If you were to ask yourself this and feel the response as a sensation in the body rather than consciously thinking about it.

What would you notice?

Feel it.
Capture the message in your body.
Where is it, what does it feel like, how is it fluctuating?

Now breathe into it with a slow gentle breath and smile.

The same smile you would give a child who was lost and confused The same smile you would give a puppy knowing it’s going to be so loved and cared for.
A warm, caring, knowing smile.

Dissolve the illusion you are anything but whole, complete and perfect.
You belong
You are more than just a part of this world
You are this world
Left high and dry... Some people feel like their g Left high and dry...
Some people feel like their going nowhere. Stuck in a state of inertia.

Imagine being sat there, in the dark, not moving, no interaction, no change of scenery. Enclosed
Some times for years

Some people feel like giving up

But then, if by magic, when you thought there could be no life left something changes.

A bit of water, a day or two later.......

Thats right, years in a cupboard and it never fails to make me smile, when we think it's all over an incredible emergence of life erupts from a dried, shrivelled old lentil....

Got me thinking
There is always life inside, this is where the magic is
Inside all of us.
Our own 'self' doing it
And no matter how much time has passed, as soon as the conditions are right we become something wonderful
We have always been something wonderful.
It just took a change to see it
to believe it
To know.
Fast thoughts, out of control or simply want to qu Fast thoughts, out of control or simply want to quieten down for a moment?

Slow your breath.
That’s right
It really can be this simple.

Slowing your exhale
Allowing it to lengthen gently
Breath by breath
Getting longer
Slowing down
As you do this
You will notice the inhale easing
Naturally
Effortlessly

Go for 6 breaths or even stretch to a few minutes if you can.

Feel the space inside your mind
Hear the silence
What if you were to close your eyes now and go inside.

Behaviour can sometimes make no sense at all. Thi Behaviour can sometimes make no sense at all. This book shines a light on some of those and then it makes perfect sense!

Written by someone with a mind that processes differently, commonly labelled as Aspergers.

His experience of a seriously weird event and what transpires from it. Funny, sad, shocking, in awe.

A simple, logical and powerful read.

Giving a deeply meaningful recognition and respect for every individual and their uniquely beautiful mind.
Where’s your head at? Where’s your head at?
Loner addiction Spend lots of time by ourselves an Loner addiction
Spend lots of time by ourselves and this part of us over develops.

Just like the habitual overuse of any method or substance it can become an addiction.

Having alone time is very different to having little or no desire to bond or connect with others.

Can you tell the difference?

🦋 Make that phone call.
🦋. Organise a meet up.
🦋. Say 'Yes' when it would be easy to say 'no'

Step by step
Piece by piece

These steps always lead us into creating new ways of being.
Our hearts love connection
So follow your heart (rather than your head) it will always lead you to fulfilling your greatest desires.

You already know deep down what you really want, who you really want to be.

Anxiety is such a loose word for a plethora of physical, mental & emotional symptoms.

If you’re struggling get curious with me for a moment

Drop the label.

Get rid of the word anxiety.
You’re not a 'one size fits all'

It's easier to get to the cause when there aren't so many layers to dig through.

Pin point your own symptoms with curiosity.

No judgement (this might take some getting used to)

Sit with them
Accept them for now
The more we push something away the more energy we give it

Let go of the fight, and allow it to be for now.

Because that pent up energy showing itself as symptoms needs to flow
To move on, to move up and out
To flow freely
So let it

When we listen and we pay attention, I mean really listen, you know what it's like to be heard right?!?!
It feels different.
& stuff just changes......

Listen to your body
Notice what happens
Permission to be heard
Problems can seem to slip from our grasp, repeatin Problems can seem to slip from our grasp, repeating, spiralling out of our control.

Our subconscious mind is in control of these ‘out of control’ parts

And it dominates, at least 95% of ‘who we are’ we are unconscious to. The conscious part, the tip of the iceberg, is no more than 5%……

Sounds a bit like the fight of David and Goliath, appearing to be out powered right?!?

Is there a way?!
Of course there is.

Your non verbal communications whisper your secrets to what’s keeping you stuck. They point to your subconscious reasonings.

As a practitioner I reflect back to you these unconscious communications so you can begin to tip the balance.

When you notice your non verbals, it’s like arming David with a sling shot. And the more you notice, you gain accuracy, control and can take aim with deep effect.

This is because the more you become aware of you, the more you become conscious of parts that had been on auto pilot.
You take back control, you discover options, giving yourself more choices.

Change naturally ensues. And because it’s your change, you chose it, the changes are fast, deep and lasting.

Only you really know your story, your truth. Only you can find the solution that really works for you.

I simply hold the torch, shine it into those corners, crevices, spare rooms you hadn’t noticed.

If your curious, call for a free informal chat and find out if I’m the right practitioner for you 🦋
Her body stiffened, she edged away. "She’s so de Her body stiffened, she edged away.
"She’s so desperate for the attention and won't allow herself to go there."
This was Bella, a dog.

This is also a beautiful representation of what many people go through.

They crave to be touched, to be held and wont let themselves because of pain.

Past experiences that hurt, learnt from, and now unconsciously remembered.

Sometimes it's a matter of going through a process to let go of those old wounds.

This process can be fast, easy, and painless.
And then......

We can relearn to connect with others
And this time these new connections are different.

They are based on who we are now, and not who we were then.

I will always encourage anyone to do the work, it's so worth it.

What happened with Bella....
Someone took the time to help her relearn, and oh my gawd if you could have seen her tail, face, her whole body wriggling with utter joy from this contact.
Divine connection

ooh I gushed, my heart exploded 💗
