You Learn, Discover and Explore. This is an educational-based approach, and this means that every session you will come away with more insights into yourself, more knowledge in how your mind works and answers to long-standing questions and questions you didn’t know you had.
My approach to Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a state of relaxation, a doorway to changing habits, patterns, unwanted behaviours. It is an easy, safe, and highly effective method for deep change. Hypnosis allows you to access your subconscious mind. It is here where you can undo the motivation behind what is triggering your unwanted behaviour.
How I approach hands-on Pain Relief
I use a combination of therapies depending on the problem you have. I utilise Gentle Muscle Correction Techniques, Emmett Technique and Bowen Therapy or, Deeper Firmer Sports and Remedial Massage. Above all, when I work I address the body as a whole with a specific focus on helping to remedy the problem and always maintain an awareness of the Body and Mind as One.
How many sessions will I need?
My Clients often book a block of 3 sessions and that is generally all that is required to help overcome a specific problem
Yes, some people need more but also some need only the one session with me. You will quickly gain new insight into old problems and this means rapid change! This work can be a lot of fun too. Imagine that? Addressing difficult issues can be fun. Really?! YES!
